André processes all Patient accounts and deals with any queries that a Patient may have with regards to their accounts.
This includes any payment scheduling, queries as to whether a Patient is covered for certain treatment/assistive devices, as well as dealing with any authorization processing with respective Medical Aids or Compensatory Funds.
Andre started working at Juanè Raats Occupational Therapy in 2023 and will gladly assist with any general enquiries relating to any services rendered or information required about Medical Aid coverage related to OT treatment.
