André processes all Patient accounts and deals with any queries that a Patient may have with regards to their accounts.
Monique Meintjes
Senior Occupational Therapist and Therapy Manager
Monique was born in Bloemfontein. She finished matric in 2014 at Diamand Veld High School in Kimberley. She completed her Bachelor’s Degree of Occupational Therapy at the University of the Free State in 2018.
Inge Ungerer

Inge grew up in Polokwane, Limpopo and matriculated from Hoërskool
Pietersburg in Polokwane in 2014. She studied a year of BSc Biological Sciences and BA General in 2015 and 2016, respectively, at the University of Pretoria before transferring to B Occupational Therapy in 2017.
Minell de Villiers
Junior Therapist
Minell was born and raised in Rawsonville in the Western Cape, was homeschooled and finished matric via Cambridge in 2018. She finished her Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy at Stellenbosch University in 2022, followed by her community service at Dr Harry Surtie Hospital in Upington in 2023.

Mamello hails from Diamond City, Kimberley, where she spent her formative years. She pursued her secondary education at Kimberley Girls’ High School before enrolling at the University of Pretoria in 2019, culminating in her graduation in 2022.
Bianca Willemse
Receptionist
Bianca was born in 1993 in Vanderbijlpark and raised in Bloemfontein. She attended President Steyn and graduated in 2012. After graduating she began working at DHL Couriers, arranging collections. From there she worked at Ashlee Panelshop as a Receptionist, and in February 2019 she started working at Juanè Raats Occupational Therapy as Receptionist.
Tsepo Mashilo
Junior Therapist
Tsepo was brought up in the South of Johannesburg. He completed his matric in 2017 in the Orange Farm Secondary School. In 2018, he was enrolled in a community college Siyabonga Telecentre and Multi-Purpose where he attained his End User Computing and Office Administration Certificate.
Talita Enslin

Talitha was born in 1998 in Kimberley. She attended Adamantia High School and graduated in 2016. After graduating she worked at Assupol Insurance Company. She has previously also worked at Mellins I-Style and Torga Optical as a Practice Assistant and Eyewear Consultant.

Hein was born in Clanwilliam, Western Cape. He attended Primary School in Swakopmund, Namibia, and matriculated from Prieska High School in 1987.

Sandra was born in Hennenman, Free State where she matriculated at Hoërskool Hennenman in 2017. She has a passion for helping others and decided to study in the field of Occupational Therapy. She graduated with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy in 2021 at the University of the Free State and completed her community service year at Thusanong District Hospital in 2022.
Truzaan Blome

Truzaan grew up in Bloemfontein and matriculated in 2011 from Oranje
Hoër Meisieskool. She graduated with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy in 2017 at the University of the Free State. In 2018 she completed her community service year at Klerksdorp/Tshepong Hospital Complex.

Lieben was born in 1975 in Welkom and matriculated in 1993 at Hoërskool Riebeeckstad. She studied Beauty Therapy (Somatology) from 1994 – 1995. She first worked as a waitress in Standard 6 (Grade 8), then at Woolworths from Standard 8-10 (Grade 10-12) and then as a Temp at Nedbank while studying.

Talita was born and raised in the Free State. She worked in the Financial Industry for almost 15 years and made a career change in 2018 when her new career path started at Juanè Raats Occupational Therapy.
