Hands-on Sport Centre

Hands-on Sport Centre caters for the treatment of athletes after a hand injury that was sustained, and even though the hand has healed completely, the quality of function is just not what it was before the injury.

Advanced  rehab techniques are used to fine tune the function of the hand and help you to return to the top of your game just like before the injury.

At our Hands-on Sport Centre , we treat task specific focal dystonia in athletes. Dystonia is a movement disorder and is more common than we realize.

A specific or single part of the body can be affected. People playing golf, cricket, pool, tennis, and darts, are most likely to suffer from focal dystonia. It can also happen  with  hair stylist, tailors, shoemakers, and computer workers.

The treatment reduces anxiety and therefore helps athletes to perform at their best.
